Pursuant to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/MRD/DSA/CIR/P/2016/110 dated October 10, 2016 and notice (20161104 – dated November 4, 2016) issued by BSE inviting applications for appointment of Independent Valuers from the panel of expert valuers of the designated stock exchanges.
BSE vide its notice 20161108-23 dated November 8, 2016 published a list of few Independent Valuers. BSE has received applications from few more SEBI registered Category I Merchant Bankers who had filed application to be appointed as Independent Valuers. The updated list of such Independent Valuers is added in the Annexure – A.
Exclusively Listed Companies (ELCs) are requested to view the following URL on regular basis to seek the updated list independent valuers.
