This is in continuation to SEBI vide circular no. CIR/MRD/DP/54/2017 dated June 13, 2017 and Exchange notice nos. 20170615-23 dated June 15, 2017 and 20170619-26 dated June 19, 2017.
SEBI vide circular no. CIR/MRD/DP/86/2017 dated August 2, 2017 has issued clarification on the same.
The copy of the SEBI circular is attached herewith as Annexure-1.
Stock brokers are advised to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
