National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. June 25, 2019 and has appointed Mr. Anil Jerome Menezes, as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Sunil Hitech Engineers Limited (Scrip Code: 532711) will be suspended w.e.f. Wednesday, July 17, 2019.
