In continuation to Exchange notice no. 20130729-25 dated July 29,2013 regarding Online Portal for submission of various filings by listed companies on BSE and Exchange notice no. 20191126-33 dated November 26, 2019 and Notice no. 20191224-23 dated December 24, 2019 regarding the Framework for listing of Commercial Paper.
As a part of our “Go Green Approach” and to encourage paperless filing, BSE is glad to announce the availability of “Commercial Paper Module” for submission of online application for Commercial Paper (CP) and disclosures through the listing portal of the Exchange.
This portal is designed to make the submissions easy, convenient and environment friendly for the CP Issuers. The CP Issuers/ Companies can track real time status of the application along with the acknowledgment of the same and disclosure filings.
CP Issuers may kindly take note that from Monday, December 30, 2019, the applications for the Commercial paper shall be made only through the Listing Portal of the Exchange. Exchange shall not accept any application/submissions made through Email/physically.
