This is in continuation of notice no. 20191226-32 dated Dec 26, 2019, all market participants and Issuers of Commercial Papers are requested to note the clarification on timelines for disclosures and listing as under:

*Please note that details of CP issuance need to be provided to QIBs including Mutual funds before deal confirmation of CP
Further CP Issuer should ensure that listing of Commercial Paper on the Exchange is done within one day from the receipt of payment from Investor(s).
