SEBI vide its circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2020/233 dated November 23, 2020 (Annexure I) has inter alia introduced an additional mode for application through online (app / web) interface in public issues of securities. Providing an option to investors to apply in public issues of debt securities through the app / web interface of Stock Exchange(s) with a facility to block funds through Unified Payments Interface (UPI) mechanism for application value upto Rs. 2 Lac.
BSE has launched its web-based platform ‘BSE-Direct’ on Dec 3, 2018 and mobile app on Feb 1, 2019 for direct participation of retail investors in the non-competitive bidding of G-sec auction. Please refer Notice No. 20181130-64 dated Nov 30, 2018 and Notice No. 20190131-31 dated Jan 31, 2019.
In accordance to the aforesaid SEBI circular, we are extending the facility of ‘BSE-Direct’ to investors to apply in public issues of debt securities through the web based platform and mobile app with a facility to block funds through Unified Payments Interface (UPI) mechanism for application value upto Rs. 2 Lac.
BSE Direct platform will help wider investors participation and enable investors to place bids directly on the Exchange platform. The BSE Direct platform shall be available to investors to apply for a public issue of debt which opens on or after January 01, 2021.

The mobile application can be downloaded from play store in android phones. Kindly search for ‘BSEdirect’ on Google Playstore for downloading mobile application.
