The Exchange vide its notice no. 20170210-16 dated Feb 10, 2017, 20190424-35 dated April 24, 2019 and 20200528-32 dated 28 May 2020 and 20201102-43 dated 02 Nov 2020 has issued Revised Guidelines of Mechanism for acquisition of shares through Stock Exchange pursuant to Tender-Offers under Takeovers, Buy Back and Delisting.
All Market Participants are hereby informed that an Offer for buyback of up to 23,11,610 (Twenty-Three Lakhs Eleven Thousand Six Hundred Ten Only) fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each of the Indian Toners & Developers Limited (“Company”) representing up to 17.56% Of the total paid-up equity share capital of the Company, from all the eligible shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date i.e Friday, January 15, 2021, on a proportionate basis, through the Tender Offer Route, at a price of Rs. 160/- (Rupees One Hundred Sixty Only) per equity share for an aggregate amount of up to Rs. 36,98,57,600 (Rupees Thirty Six Crores And Ninety Eight Lakhs Fifty Seven Thousands Six Hundred Only), from March 04, 2021 to March 18, 2021.
