CIR/CFD/POLICYCELL/1/2015 dated April 13, 2015 and no. CFD/DCR2/CIR/P/2016/131 dated Dec 09, 2016. The Exchange vide its notice no. 20170210-16 dated Feb 10, 2017, 20190424-35 dated April 24, 2019 and 20200528-32 dated 28 May 2020 and 20201102-43 dated 02 Nov 2020 has issued Revised Guidelines of Mechanism for acquisition of shares through Stock Exchange pursuant to Tender-Offers under Takeovers, Buy Back and Delisting.
All Market Participants are hereby informed that Quick Heal Technologies Limited (“The Company”) has announced Cash Offer to buyback upto 63,26,530 (Six Three Lakh Twenty Six Thousand Five Hundred And Thirty) fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each, representing approximately 9.85% of the total number of equity shares in the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company as at March 31, 2020, from the shareholders / beneficial owners of equity shares of the Company as on the Record Date, i.e May 03, 2021 on a proportionate basis, through the “Tender Offer” route at a price Of Rs. 245/- (Rupees Two Hundred And Forty Five Only) per equity share for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 155 Crore (Rupees One Hundred and Fifty Five Crore Only) excluding any transaction costs, from May 31, 2021 to June 11, 2021.
