Dear Sir\Madam,
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2021/25 dated June 10, 2021, regarding Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021.
These regulations shall be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021.
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
The aforesaid notification is attached for reference.
All Listed companies are requested to take note and comply accordingly.
