The Exchange vide its notice no. 20170210-16 dated Feb 10, 2017, 20190424-35 dated April 24, 2019 and 20200528-32 dated 28 May 2020 and 20201102-43 dated 02 Nov 2020 has issued Revised Guidelines of Mechanism for acquisition of shares through Stock Exchange pursuant to Tender-Offers under Takeovers, Buy Back and Delisting.
All Market Participants are hereby informed that Welspun India Limited (“The Company”) has announced Cash Offer to Buyback up to 1,66,66,666 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- Each, representing approximately 1.66% of the total number of equity shares in the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company, from the existing shareholders / beneficial owners of equity shares of the company as on the Record Date i.e May 26, 2021, on a proportionate basis, through the “Tender Offer” route at a price of Rs. 120/- (Rupees One Hundred And Twenty Only) per equity share for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 200 Crores (Rupees Two Hundred Crores Only), excluding transaction cost from June 22, 2021 to July 05, 2021.
