In continuation of the Exchange Notice No: 20210816-13 dated August 16, 2021, Trading Members are hereby informed that Balrampur Chini Mills Limited (Scrip code: 500038) has now informed to the Exchange about discontinuation of the Buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each from the Open Market through the trading mechanism of the Exchange with effect from October 21, 2021 after the closure of the trading hours.
