Trading members are informed that the Company has informed the Exchange that the Rights Issue of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited stands extended for additional Ten (10) days and will now close on 25th November, 2021 and trading period stands extended for Rights Entitlements (REs) by Nine (9) days and will now close on 17th November, 2021.
