National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. January 18, 2022, and has appointed Mr. U. Balakrishna Bhat, as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltd (Scrip Code: 532854) will be suspended w.e.f. Friday, February 11, 2022.
