All Market Participants are hereby informed that an Open Offer (“Offer”) is made by Mr. Bhasker K Bhatt, Mrs. Pathika B Bhatt, Mr. Madhav B Bhatt and Mr. Rohan Rajendra Bhatt (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Acquirers or The Acquirers) to the public shareholders of AARV INFRATEL LIMITED (“Target Company”) to acquire upto 11,93,202 (Eleven Lakhs Ninety- Three thousand Two hundred and two) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at an Offer Price per equity share of Rs. 3.60 p each payable in cash, representing 26% of the issued, subscribed, paid up and voting capital pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 and subsequent amendments thereof, from the public shareholders, from April 04, 2022 to April 19, 2022.
