This is further to our Notice No. 20211231-45 dated December 31, 2021, Notice No. 20220114-8 dated January 14, 2022, Notice No. 20220218-2 dated February 18, 2022, Notice No. 20220324-55 dated March 24, 2022, and 20220325-55 dated March 25, 2022 wherein it was informed that the last date for updating of mandatory fields for existing clients was March 31, 2022.
Trading member may please note that it has been decided to extend the timeline for updating 6 KYC attributes for existing clients i.e. Name, Complete address (including PIN code No. in case of address of India), PAN, valid Mobile number, Valid email-id, Income details/range. Further, the investors availing custodian services will be additionally required to update the custodian details. The last date to update above referred KYC attributes for existing clients is on or before June 30, 2022.
In view of the above, Members are informed that the provisions of the Notice No. 20220324-55 dated March 24, 2022, shall not be applicable w.e.f April 01, 2022, for all clients. The provisions of the circular No. 20210729-1 dated July 29, 2021 shall continue till June 30, 2022.
Trading Members are advised to take note and comply with the above guidelines.
