Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021 as amended from time to time, the company has complied with the formalities for voluntary delisting of Equity shares. Accordingly, the trading in the equity shares of Amrit Corp Limited (Scrip Code: 507525) will be discontinued w.e.f. Friday, May 27, 2022.
Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Friday, June 03, 2022.
Trading Members may further note that the exit option will be kept open by the promoter/ acquirer of the company i.e. Naresh Kumar Bajaj (Acquirer-1), Ashwini Kumar Bajaj (Acquirer-2), Vikram Kumar Bajaj (Acquirer-3), Amrit Banaspati Company Pvt. Limited (Acquirer-4), A.K. Bajaj Investment Private Limited (Acquirer-5) for the remaining public shareholders for a period of at least one year from the date of delisting at the rate of Rs. 945/- (Rupees Nine Hundred and Forty-Five only) per Equity Share, being the exit price determined.
