JAIN STUDIOS LTD vide its announcement dated July 26, 2022 informed the Exchange regarding approval of the resolution plan by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi Bench which inter alia provides for delisting of equity shares of the Company.
In the above circumstances and to avoid market complications, trading in the securities of Jain Studios Ltd will be suspended w.e.f. July 27, 2022.
