All Market Participants are hereby informed that an Open Offer (“Offer”) is made by Mr. Ramesh Mishra ("Acquirer") to the existing public shareholders of Aris International Limited (“Target Company”) to acquire up to 3,90,000 (Three Lakh Ninety Thousand Only) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each (‘Offer Shares’) representing 26.00% of the Expanded Share Capital of Target company at an offer price of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) per Equity Share payable in cash, pursuant to and in compliance with Regulations 3(1) and 4 of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, from December 06, 2022 to December 19, 2022.
