This is in continuation to below notices 20230109-49 dated January 9, 2023 with regards to ‘Two-Factor Authentication for Subscription transactions in units of Mutual Funds on BSE StAR MF Platform’.
It has been observed that in many of the UCCs, either Email or Mobile numbers are incorrectly updated.
As per the process mentioned in the aforesaid notice, in case of Fresh Purchase and Systematic Registrations where folio number is not provided, Two Factor Authentication shall be carried out on the Email and Mobile number of all the holders as per the details available in the UCC. In case of incorrect details available in the UCC, such orders are liable for rejection in absence of Two Factor Authentication.
All members are requested to update the Email/Mobile number in the registered UCC
