Sub: Fund settlement for trades executed on the Request for Quote (RFQ) platform
With reference to the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHSRACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/9 dated 09 January 2023 regarding “Mode of settlement for trades executed on the Request for Quote (RFQ) platform”.
Participants are requested to note the additional bank a/c details for funds settlement pertaining to RFQ in NDS-RST platform:
1) For settlement of funds through RTGS mode (Rupees Two lakh and above) participants can use existing RBI RTGS bank account.

2) All settlement process as per Notice No.20091206-1 dated December 06, 2009 of existing settlement will be followed. There will not be any change in depository market types for settlement of securities and ICCL demat account details for securities settlement.
On settlement date, Buyer participants should ensure to transfer the deal wise funds pay-in from their registered bank accounts and seller participants should ensure to transfer deal wise security for security pay-in from their registered demat a/c’s which are updated by them while registration.
