Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has ordered for commencement of liquidation process for the Company w.e.f. February 21, 2023 and has appointed Mr. Girish S. Juneja, Resolution Professional as Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Mercator Ltd (Scrip Code: 526235) will be suspended w.e.f. Monday, March 13, 2023.
