The Exchange is in receipt of a communication from the SEBI which inter-alia states as under:
1. As part of the on-going efforts to identify and work with jurisdictions with strategic AML / CFT deficiencies, FATF has released Public Statements after February 2023 Plenary.

2. It is highlighted that following review, FATF now also identifies Nigeria and South Africa as new jurisdictions subject to increased monitoring and it may be observed that Cambodia and Morocco are no longer subject to increased monitoring.
Members are advised to take note of the above for necessary actions and compliances.
