This is with reference to the Exchange notice no. 20230310-87 dated March 10, 2023 on FATF Public statement on jurisdictions on call for action and increased monitoring - February 2023 Plenary.
In furtherance to the aforesaid Exchange notice, all members are required to update the actions taken by them in the prescribed format in electronic form on BEFS (BSE Electronic Filing System). The module for submission is enabled at the following link:

All members are advised to ensure compliance with the above requirement and submit FATF declaration in ELECTRONIC FORM ONLY through BEFS by March 24, 2023.
The declaration submitted by members shall be considered as pending in case it is not stamped/physically signed on the letter head of the organization or digitally signed by the Authorized signatory /Compliance Officer of the organization.
