With reference to the Exchange notice Nos. 20080130-15 dated January 30, 2008, and notice No. 20080506-16 dated May 06, 2008 attached as Annexure I and Annexure II respectively informing the trading members regarding reporting of Short Selling Transaction.
Kindly note that, for enhancement in reporting of “Short Selling Transaction” a new window for reporting is made available in BEFS Portal under Main menu as “Short Sale Reporting”.
Trading Members are advised to continue to upload their Declaration online via BEFS portal.
User manual for submission of aforesaid Declaration is specified in Annexure III.
