This is with reference to “Terms Of Reference” related to “Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit report” and its submission formats.
To ensure uniformity of controls being assessed and simplify the submission process across Exchanges, the “Terms Of References” and format for submission of “Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit report” has been revised under the guidance of SEBI and in consultation with other Exchanges.
Accordingly, the revised and updated “Terms Of Reference” for “Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit report” submission for the period ended March 31, 2023 is attached as Annexure – A.
The updated guidelines and related annexures for “Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit report” submission for the period ended March 31, 2023, shall be communicated through a separate notice.
All Trading members are advised to take note of the above to bring the provisions of this notice to their auditors and put in place adequate systems and procedures to ensure adherence to the revised compliance requirements.
