Sathavahana Ispat Ltd. vide its announcement dated March 31, 2023, informed the Exchange that “Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench on March 31, 2023, has approved the resolution plan under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.”
On April 01, 2023 the Company further informed that, as per Resolution Plan approved by NCLT under IBC, the existing equity shares of the Corporate Debtor shall stand cancelled without any further act and deed, from the effective date of the Resolution Plan and the equity shares of the company will be delisted.
In the above circumstances and to avoid market complications, trading in the securities of Sathavahana Ispat Ltd., have been suspended w.e.f. April 03, 2023.
