To facilitate members to comply with the regulatory requirements, the Exchange consolidates regulatory requirements and issues updated consolidated circulars periodically. Accordingly, regulatory requirements prescribed through various circulars issued by the Broker Supervision Department of the Exchange till March 31, 2023, are consolidated in this circular attached herewith as Annexure.
