Rainbow Denim Ltd. has intimated the Exchange regarding initiation of liquidation process by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench under provisions of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and appointment of Mr. Dharmender Kumar Bhasin as the Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of RAINBOW DENIM LTD. (Scrip Code: 532441) will be suspended w.e.f. Friday, May 19, 2023.
