The Exchange vide its notice no. 20170210-16 dated Feb 10, 2017,20190424-35 dated April 24, 2019 and 20200528-32 dated 28 May 2020, 20201102-43 dated 02 Nov 2020, 20210825-62 dated Aug 25,2021 has issued Revised Guidelines of Mechanism for acquisition of shares through Stock Exchange pursuant to Tender-Offers under Takeovers, Buy Back and Delisting.
All Market Participants are hereby informed that a Cash Offer is made by Mr. Raman Talwar (“Acquirer No 1”), Mr.Kaushik Waghela (“Acquirer No 2”), (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Acquirers”) to the public shareholders of Transpact Enterprises Ltd (“Target Company”) to acquire 1,00,550 (One Lakh Five Hundred Fifty Only) Fully Paid Up Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each, being constituting 26.00% of the Equity Share Capital of the Target Company at a price of Rs. 140/- (Rupees One Hundred and Forty only) per Equity Share, pursuant to Regulations 3(1) & 4 and all other applicable provisions of the SEBI (SAST),Regulations 2011, from June 16, 2023 To June 30, 2023.
