As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Court – III:-
(1) Extinguishment of Entire Shareholding of the Promoter and promoter group:
The existing Equity Shares of the Company held by the Promoters / Promoters Group shall stand extinguished /written down in full without payment of any consideration.
(2) Shareholding of the Public Shareholders :
The existing Equity Shares of the Company held by persons other than Promoters /Promoters Group, i.e., the Public Shareholders, shall be written down such that their existing holding of Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs.2/- (Rupees Two only) each shall be reduced to a paid up share capital of Rs.4.125 crores (Rupees Four Crores and Twelve Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) divided into 41,25,000 (Forty One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only) shares of face value INR 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each constituting 7.5% stake of the proposed total paid up share capital of the Company
