Dear Sir\Madam
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/POD-2/P/CIR/2023/93 dated June 20, 2023, regarding Master Circular on (a) Scheme of Arrangement by Listed Entities and (b) Relaxation under Sub- rule (7) of rule 19 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957.
In order to enable the users to have access to the applicable circulars at one place, Master Circular in respect of schemes of arrangement and relaxation under Sub- rule (7) of rule 19 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957 has been issued.
With the issuance of this Master Circular, the directions/instructions contained in the circulars listed out in the Appendix to this Master Circular shall stand rescinded.
The aforesaid circular is attached for reference.
All Listed companies are requested to take note and comply accordingly.
