J.R. FOODS LTD. has intimated the Exchange regarding initiation of liquidation process by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench under provisions of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and appointment of Ms. Santhanam Rajashree as the Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of J.R. FOODS LTD. (Scrip Code: 530915) will be suspended w.e.f. Monday, June 26, 2023.
