This is in continuation to the Exchange notice no. 20191118-19 dated November 18, 2019 regarding Mapping of Unique Client Code (UCC) with demat account of the clients.
As per SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/DOP/CIR/P/2019/136 dated November 15, 2019, Exchange has been sharing the UCC data with the Depositories and in return depositories share response files which provide the status of the UCC details sent to them.
In this regard, a daily file will be downloaded to the member on the next day providing the response received from the Depositories for the UCC details shared with Depositories.
Members may refer to the response files of the Depositories to know the status of the demat account mapping.
