The Exchange is pleased to inform the members that ODIN Software has commenced offering BSE Equity Derivatives Segment.
BSE shall offer ODIN Dealer terminals for BSE Equity Derivatives Segment to members who are active in the Equity Derivatives Segment of BSE effective June 27, 2023.
Members desirous of using ODIN Dealer Terminal for BSE Equity Derivatives may apply for the same through BEFS Portal. The Exchange wishes to draw attention of member to following specific conditions –
General Terms:
• The total number of ODIN Dealer Terminals available under this program is limited.
• Members who are active in the BSE Equity Derivatives segment and have availed requisite software approvals would be eligible for ODIN Dealer Terminals.
• The member should meet either of the terms namely ODIN Terminal Count used in the Equity Cash Segment or active participation in the Equity Derivatives segment.
• On review of application, communication regarding acceptance or rejection would be sent to the member through BEFS Portal.
• The terminal shall only include ODIN Dealer Terminal license and shall not include any other software or hardware costs. Any incremental and incidental cost incurred during the life of the license will be borne by the member.
• BSE reserves the right to withdraw the issued ids from members in case of non-usage or mala fide intentions of the member.
• BSE reserves the right to modify/withdraw/cancel the ODIN Dealer Terminals at any given point of time without any requirement of prior notice.
• BSE does not guarantee or solicit any vendor or software performance. Any trading related or other risks arising out of usage of the said software shall be the sole responsibility of the member.
• In the event of technical issue or related failure of the software, BSE does not take any responsibility. Similarly, any financial loss or any disputes arising out of usage of the software shall be directly dealt between the software vendor and the member, member needs to execute necessary agreements with the vendor directly in this regard.
• Members are encouraged to discuss SLAs and other performance related terms directly with the vendor mentioned herein. BSE does not assume the service delivery assurance or other performance related responsibilities.
• The decision taken by the Exchange shall be final and binding for all members.
