Dharani Sugars & Chemicals Ltd has intimated the Exchange regarding initiation of liquidation process by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench under provisions of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and appointment of Mahalingam Suresh Kumar as the Liquidator.
