Exchange has received communication regarding Shree Bhawani Paper Mills Ltd., from Auction Purchaser (purchased the company through Liquidation process) regarding initiation of liquidation process by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench under provisions of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and appointment of Ms. Anju Agarwal as the Liquidator.
Hence, to avoid market complications, trading in the equity shares of Shree Bhawani Paper Mills Ltd. (Scrip Code: 502563) will be suspended w.e.f. Wednesday, July 12, 2023.
