As per Scheme of Arrangement (for Demerger) as approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, between: Reliance Industries Ltd, (Demerged Company) and Reliance Strategic Investments Limited (Resulting Company) and their Respective Shareholders and Creditors: -
Upon the coming into effect of the aforesaid Scheme and in consideration of the transfer of the Financial Services Business (Demerged Undertaking) of Reliance Industries Ltd Into Reliance Strategic Investments Limited;
Reliance Strategic investments Limited shall issue and allot Equity Shares to the Shareholders of Reliance Industries Ltd in the following proportion:-
“1 (One) Fully Paid-Up Equity Share of Rs.10/- each of Reliance Strategic Investments limited to be issued for every 1 (One) Fully Paid-Up Equity Share of Rs.10/- each held in Reliance Industries Ltd”

Note:
Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/MRD/DP/01/2012 dated January 20, 2012, the aforesaid scrip shall be a part of Call Auction in Pre-open Session (Special Pre- open Session (SPOS)) on 20th July, 2023. For further information on SPOS, the trading members are requested to refer to the Exchanges notice no. 20120216-29 dated February 16, 2012 on Enabling Special Pre-open Session.
Subject to compliance with requisite formalities, the shares of the Resulting Company i.e. Reliance Strategic Investments Limited will be listed on BSE Limited. The name of the Resulting Company, in accordance with the Scheme, shall be changed to 'Jio Financial Services Limited'.
