As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench :-
Reduction Of Equity Share Capital :
As per Clause 17.2 (b) of the approved Resolution Plan, the Face Value of existing Equity shares is to be reduced from Rs. 10/-per share to Re.1/- per share. with Number of Equity Shares issued remaining at same level after the Effective Date.
For example, before Reduction of share capital if a shareholder is holding 100 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each, then Post Reduction he will be entitled to 100 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.
