The Exchange vide its notice no. 20170210-16 dated Feb 10, 2017, 20190424-35 dated April 24, 2019 and 20200528-32 dated 28 May 2020, 20201102-43 dated Nov 02, 2020 and 20210825-62 dated Aug 25,2021 has issued Revised Guidelines of Mechanism for acquisition of shares through Stock Exchange pursuant to Tender-Offers under Takeovers, Buy Back and Delisting.
All Market Participants are hereby informed that Anglo-French Drugs & Industries Limited (“The Company”) has announced an Offer up to 58,118 (Fifty Eight Thousand One Hundred And Eighteen) fully paid-up equity shares having face value of Rs.10/- each of the company (“equity shares”), representing 4.50% of the total number of equity shares in the paid-up equity share capital of the company, from all eligible shareholders of the company as on the record date, being July 26, 2023, on a proportionate basis, through the tender offer route, at a price of Rs.3,100/- (Rupees Three Thousand One Hundred Only) per equity share, payable in cash, for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs.18,01,65,800/- (Rupees Eighteen Crore One Lakh Sixty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Only) (“Buy-Back Size”) excluding the transaction costs (the “Buyback”), from August 01, 2023 to August 07, 2023.
The Company is listed on Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited (MSEI).
