This is in continuation to BSE Circular nos. 20230216- 4 dated February 16, 2023 and 20230417-50 dated April 17, 2023, on “Maintenance of a website by Stock Brokers and depository participants” wherein Trading Members were advised to maintain a designated website and display mandatory information to help the investors to keep themselves well informed about the various activities of the Members.
Please note that the provisions of this circular shall come into effect from August 16, 2023. Trading Members are required to report the URL of their Website to the Exchange within a week of the circular coming into effect i.e., by August 24, 2023.
In this regard, the Exchange has made the arrangements for submission of this information in the Member Portal (BEFS). The path for submission is provided below:
BEFS>> Maintenance of a website by Stock Brokers --> Maintenance Of a Website Request
Trading Members are also requested to note that any modification in the URL shall be reported to Exchange within 3 days of such changes.
Failure to submit/upload the details within the prescribed timelines would be treated as non-compliance and attract penal/disciplinary action. The details in this regard will be communicated in due course.
Further, please note that in Annexure ‘A’ of the Exchange circular no. 20230417-50 dated April 17, 2023, Sr. no.3 “Mobile number of all Key Managerial Personnels” should be read as “Contact Nos.”
Trading Members are requested to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
