Reduction Of Equity Share Capital :
The Reduction of the existing Paid-Up Equity Share Capital of the Company from 74,89,880 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each amounting to Rs. 7,48,98,800/- TO 74,898 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each amounting to Rs.7,48,980/-.
Since the Liquidation Value to the Equity Shareholders is “NIL”, no payment is proposed for the Equity Shareholders
