Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to expulsion of Trading Member, TRADEWINGS SOLUTIONS LIMITED by MCX w.e.f. August 28, 2023, vide their Circular no. MCX/INSP/568/2023 dated August 28, 2023, the Exchange has also expelled TRADEWINGS SOLUTIONS LIMITED (Clg. No. 6793), a corporate Trading Member of the Exchange in compliance with the requirement of Circular No. F. No. 1/26/SE/91 dated August 12, 1991, issued by Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs), Government of India, w.e.f. August 29, 2023.
As per the Exchange records, no Authorised Person is affiliated with the Trading Member.
Trading Members and investors are advised to take note of the same.
