The Exchange is in receipt of a communication from the SEBI which inter-alia states as under:
1. As part of the on-going efforts to identify and work with jurisdictions with strategic AML / CFT deficiencies, FATF has released Public Statements after June 2023 Plenary.

2. It is highlighted that following review, FATF now also identifies new jurisdictions subject to increased monitoring are Cameroon, Croatia and Vietnam as new jurisdictions subject to increased monitoring.
