This is with reference to Exchange circular 20230525-24 dated May 25, 2023, regarding operation of trading terminals. As stated in aforesaid circular, members are requested to select relations namely employee, partner/proprietor/Director(s), registered authorized persons (AP) or employee of an AP in the option “Relationship with approved user using TWS/ETI” in dealer registration module form at the time of requesting a user id creation request or reporting of ETI/dealer terminal in relevant modules of UCC interface.
Members were notified vide aforesaid circular to update correct relationship for all user ids / ETI ids by August 31, 2023. The timeline to update the correct relationships for all the user ids / ETI ids has been extended till October 30, 2023.
Further, Exchange shall provide a window on UCC interface for members to place request for changing the relationship of existing ETI users Ids. Details and release date of the said functionality shall be communicated separately.
