This is with reference to Exchange Notice No. 20230608-41 dated June 08, 2023, 20230630-44 dated June 30, 2023, 20230623-1 dated June 23, 2023, 20230829-72 dated August 29, 2023 on Upstreaming of clients’ funds by Stock Brokers (SBs) / Clearing Members (CMs) to Clearing Corporations (CCs) and Exchange Notice No.20230425-35 dated April 25, 2023 on Bank Guarantees (BGs) created out of clients' funds.
In this regard, Exchange has formulated a penalty structure for any non-compliance of the provisions of the aforementioned notices. The penalty structure is enclosed as Annexure A which shall be applicable w.e.f. September 01, 2023.
Trading Members are advised to take note and strictly comply with the above guidelines.
