SEBI vide circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/145 dated July 31, 2023 (updated as on August 11, 2023), has issued a master circular on Online Dispute Resolution in the Indian Securities Market.
This Master Circular is a compilation of the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023 issued vide Notice no. 20230801-8 dated August 01, 2023 and SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/135 dated August 4, 2023 issued vide Notice no. 20230804-28 dated August 08, 2023.
SEBI circular is attached herewith as Annexure A which is self-explanatory.
All market participants are requested to take note of the same.
