The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued circular no. SEBI /HO/DDHS-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/154 dated September 11, 2023, regarding board nomination rights to unitholders of Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
The framework to exercise board nomination rights by the Eligible Unitholder(s) has been specified at Annexure - A.
This circular shall come into force with immediate effect.
The aforesaid circular is attached for reference.
All Listed companies are requested to take note and comply accordingly.
