As per the Resolution Plan approved by Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, C- IV :-
This Plan proposes to undertake capital reduction of existing Equity Shareholding, in the following manner:
Extinguishment of Promoter : As per the resolution plan the entire shareholding of the erstwhile promoters and promoter group will be extinguished
Extinguishment of Public Shareholding : As per available information 18,61,878 shares having face value of Rs 10 each are held by 1023 public shareholder’s. For the Public Shareholders. this Resolution Plan provides that shares of Rs. 10 each per share in excess of 1 share Per Shareholder as on effective date shall stand extinguished and balance shall be transferred Capital Reduction Account. As a result each public shareholder will hold 1 share after this proposed Capital Reduction.
