This is in continuation to the earlier notice no.20230908-29 dated September 08, 2023, regarding submission of Audited Networth Certificate, Auditor’s Report & Audited Annual Accounts for the financial year ended on March 31, 2023. To make the disclosures more accurate and efficient, Exchange has now mandated filing of audited annual accounts in XBRL mode also.
The excel utility for filing financial results in XBRL mode is made available for download in BEFS portal under Financial Results. (Refer Annexure A)
Following are the guidelines for XBRL submission:
· Select format of Financial Statement (IGAAP, IndAS)
· Download XBRL Utility and save it in local computer.
· Enter all applicable details in XBRL utility, enter “0” in fields which are not applicable and validate each sheet. Rectify errors, if any.
· After completion of entering data in all sheets, click on “Home” tab in utility and then click on “Validate all Sheets”.
· Once all the sheets are validated successfully, generate XBRL file (.xml) and save in local computer.
· Click on Home tab in utility> click on Generate Report. Html file will get generated. You may save this html file on local computer for your records.
· Upload the XBRL (.xml) - Browse and upload xml file generated through XBRL utility.
Members are requested to refer to the User Guide for macro security enablement which is made available in BEFS portal.
