This is in continuation with Exchange notice no 20231004-22 dated October 04, 2023 for the Delisting Counter Offer of Shreyas Shipping and Logistics Limited (“Target Company”) made by Transworld Holdings Limited (“Acquirer”) to the public shareholders of Target Company for which the bidding period closed on October 17, 2023.

Link Intime India Private Limited (“Registrar to the Delisting Offer”) and NovaaOne Capital Private Limited (“Manager to the Delisting Offer”) have analysed bids received from BSE and NSE and the outcome of the Reverse Book Building Process is hereby disclosed and announced.

Tendered Shares will be released by clearing corporation (ICCL) on October 18, 2023, on best effort basis.
